YOGA TRAPEZE + HALOTHERAPY

Breathe. Release. Fly. Restore.

A 6-week small-group yoga trapeze coaching experience, blending supported movement with the restorative benefits of halotherapy (Himalayan salt therapy) in the tranquil salt room at Salt Sanctuary in Milford, CT.
Build strength, improve mobility, breathe deeply, and rediscover the joy of moving with ease.

THE FOUNDING FLIGHT

Imagine stepping into a tranquil Himalayan salt room, climbing into your hammock, and allowing your body to stretch, sway, strengthen and soften while you breathe in the salt-infused air.

For six weeks, we'll meet in this unique environment to explore the grounding, liberating and deeply restorative experience of aerial yoga combined with halotherapy.

This is your invitation to slow down, get out of your head and into your body—and perhaps discover a new way to move.

I'm opening just 6 spots for this first-ever 6-week flight.

Tuesdays | 6:00–7:00 PM
September 15 – October 20, 2026
Salt Sanctuary, 374 New Haven Ave, Milford, CT

Founding rate: $240 + tax for all 6 sessions.

That's just $40/session + tax.

Your six-week experience includes:

  • 6 weekly 60-minute Aerial Yoga + Halotherapy sessions
  • A small, supportive group limited to 6 participants
  • Aerial hammock movement, stretching, mobility and relaxation
  • Time to breathe, soften and decompress in the salt room
  • Guidance and modifications appropriate for your experience and body

No previous aerial yoga experience is required.

Whether you're completely new to aerial yoga or already love floating in a hammock, you'll be invited to explore at your own pace.

WHY AERIAL + HALOTHERAPY?

There's something special about taking movement off the ground.

The hammock supports you while inviting your body to move in new directions. You can stretch with less effort, explore gentle inversions and decompression, and experience the pleasure of being supported rather than always holding yourself up.

Add the quiet atmosphere of the salt room and microscopic salt particles dispersed through the air, and the result is an experience designed to help you pause, breathe and reconnect.

Let's create more space in our bodies and minds.

Space to move.
Space to breathe.
Space to feel.

Your spot is reserved for all 6 weeks.

Because this is a small founding cohort, your $240 + tax  purchase reserves your place for all six sessions.

Tuesdays, 6–7 PM:

September 15
September 22
September 29
October 6
October 13
October 20

There is no need to book individual classes. Once you purchase your Founding Flight, your spot is reserved for the entire six-week experience.

Only 6 founding spots available.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I'm Anastasia Pryanikova—a certified yoga, aerial yoga, and Yoga Trapeze teacher, Science of Stretching® practitioner, herbalist, and founder of Mudroots & Moonlight.

I discovered aerial movement in my late forties, with no gymnastics or dance background—just a curiosity to move differently. What I found was so much more than exercise. I found a practice that helped me build strength and improve mobility with support instead of strain, and reconnect with the joy of moving in a body that was changing.

Today, I help women navigate midlife with movement that is intelligent, adaptable, and deeply nourishing. Through the Canopy Collective, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you'll feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to move with more confidence, vitality, and ease—one practice, one breath, and one small step at a time.

I can't wait to welcome you into our Founding Flight.
